Realization and Construction Achieved
A modern 5-story building with residential apartments has been constructed, designed to meet the needs of urban families. The structure includes a ground floor with small commercial shops and four residential floors with 1+1 and 2+1 apartments, with average area.
The building is built on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, designed to withstand the seismic loads of the area. The exterior walls are clad with a thermal facade and insulating panels, giving it a contemporary aesthetic appearance and ensuring energy efficiency.
